Stan Lee and Disney Team Up
Variety revealed yesterday that Stan Lee and Walt Disney Pictures are joining forces on three movies based on all new stories by Mr. Lee. All three movies will be executive produced by Stan Lee and Gill Champion POW! Entertainment. The studio is keeping a tight lid on details currently but they did reveal some details on the three projects so far:
“Nick Ratchet” is being written and produced Richard LaGravenese. Currently Larry Jacobson and Sonny Grosso are in talks to produce.
“Blaze” is going to be written by Gary Goldman
“Tigress” is to be written by Zoe Green and Robert Teitel and George Tillman of State Street Pictures will produce. Variety also adds that this film is not the same movie as POW!’s previously announced “Tigress” which is based on a “Conan the Barbarian” villainess.
