 - Pony Boy? [Razz]

*EDIT* Sorry, picture didn't show up. It was supposed to be a picture of C. Thomas Howell in the movie The Outsiders.

I'm looking forward to Kelsey Grahmer's portrayal of Hank McCoy. It should be a sight to see. I don't like that nightcrawler was dropped, nor do I like that Gambit was passed up in favor of Angel, but *shrugs* That's that. Maybe next time.

Didn't Allan Cumming say he was done with X-Men, so if they bring Nightcrawler back it won't be him, which sucks cause I thought he did a really good job. I think Gambit is way too much like Wolverine, thats why they opted for Angel over Gambit.

I think between introducing Beast, and already having Mystique and Nightcrawler, they decided there were too many "blue" mutants.

Bunch of new pics can be checked out at Dark Horizons:

A Colossus pic is bound to have many of you saying WTF?!
Especially given the wonders that was seen in X2. But here's my favorite of the bunch:

I just wish Vinnie would put the damn helmet on for once.

Oh and I saw She Hate Me about a week ago. The chick playing Callisto is in it and has a nice lezbo-sex scene in it.

Sooo....um, yeah. Watch it just for that.

Seriously, WTF is with Colossus?! He looks like Andy Kaufman's character in Heartbeeps.

But, then why have that kind of surface?

I don't know what people insist this about things in comics. Anything can work on film if done right. Yoda? Superman's tights? Jabba? Golum? You could go on forever sighting characters, costumes and places done on film that "would never work". If more people thought like you in this instance, DK, we'd never get any movies made. Think about it.

Ratner talks about some details of the movie here:
http://www.xmenfilms.net/xnews/101.html

My only fear is that X3 will be too overcrowded with characters and events. Hopefully it's all stringed together at a modest pace.

Fox has been running a few new commercials lately too:
