Two thumbs up for me. I liked Inside Man and figured it out pretty quickly, but when I saw this revenge story and wasnt able to connect everything right away, I say it was better than Inside Man. I recomend seeing it if you like movies like Inside Man, Matchstick Men, etc, or if you just like any of the actors in it because they give good performances.
IMO: Lucy Lui played her role exceptionally well.

I watched the making of this the other day. The role of her character was originally different but, when they cast Lucy Lui they rewrote her character to fit her personality.

There was a short-lived thread on the second page of this forum about this movie.
I really want to see this movie. I've heard very good things about it.

I saw it because my friends wanted to. I wasn't too keen on seeing it, but it ended up being really good. I was very pleasantly surprised by it.

I like how it the mood, plot, and story completely change on the viewer.
gescom, thats cool to know because I didnt know Lucy Lui had a personality like that. I always saw her as more dramatic and serious so this was a new way for me to see her.

This looks like a Guy Ritchie movie without the cool British accents. I might check it out on DVD, but I'd rather just watch Lock Stock or Snatch again.

That's exactly what I thought when I saw the commercials. *All sorts of pissed that Revolver hasn't been released in the US yet.*
I went and caught this the other day and I enjoyed it. I kind'a assumed/guessed what was goin' on from the begining, but it was still a fun film. I wouldn't call it "great" or want to watch it many times over, but I'm glad I saw it.

[SPOILERS???] . . . .
See, that didn't happen for me. Because durring the first "Kansas City Shuffle" story, I picked up that it could be a "revenge" film. I then automatically thought about the ages of the characters and put the basics together.
