Yes, he was. Because there were only 5 boards when he became the original Lando System moderator (all other boards were still moderated by chris), and he got banned when he registered "Shelly the Sheep" as a username.

No one in their right mind should ever be banned from Nightly. Nightly is a place where it is easy to follow the rules and a very enjoyable place.
