I didn't say a word about that entire incident. It didn't concern me. I didn't rush out to try to prove that ES had violated the censor. I didn't do anything. Yet as soon as someone called him on the fact that he broke the rules he lashes out at me?!?! How is that fair?

I didn't do anything to him. Meanwhile, Silky sits there and is all concerned about people swearing and breaking the rules until it comes out that her dearest did it too... then there were all these excuses... Well, he didn't really swear, he just said a guys name... Well, ***** Galore is a woman's name, but should I attempt to go around the censor? I'm tired of being attacked when I've done nothing. I wasn't even in the conversation. Then I come on this afternoon and find that I've been drawn into it by him? I've PMmed you about unfair treatment here JA and gotten virtually no response other than, "what do you want me to do about it." How about you implement the rules the same across the board. Proof of the special treatment I referred to in my PM is just what Silky did. The letter of the law around here incriminated ES, so she decided to use the spirit of the law. Meanwhile, if anyone else had done that she would've slammed them for it.

You guys wonder why RC hates these two... Did RC say a thing to ES in that thread? No. In the meantime, RC gets attacked in SWC and is called Gay Ray. I'm offended by that. There are gay kids on this board. They enjoy their time on message boards partially because they can be themeselves and not have to worry about their friends or family finding out that they're gay. They don't have to be looked down on or face descrimination. But along comes Mr. I can break the rules and the CL won't do anything ES and dashes that. First, calling RC that name was meant to be offensive. That's against the TOS. Second, using that word in a derrogatory fashion collaterally puts down all the people that actually are gay. Of course, when he was called on it he quickly edited it. So can I go around calling people names until they see it and respond and then I can edit? Is that the way NN works now? DP and JA, are you really going to let these 2 sets of rules go on?

Another example... In SWC a Knight of that board (whether you like him, respect him, or tolerate him or not), Walt, started a little game involving members of that forum. But because Silky doesn't like them they get told they are only allowed 2 threads. Yogie has more threads lusting after Met than Walt would about this little game of his. He's a member of that forum. The Master/Padawan game is allowed to have as many threads as it wants. Why the descrimination? How is it different virtually at all? Other than Silky likes one and hates the people of another?

On 4/28 Silky closed a thread started by someone, I don't even remember who, that was a Last Game at SWC. She claimed she had the game copyrighted. Without going into a whole diatribe about copyright law and her complete lack of understanding regarding it, that was wrong. And JA said so in a PM when I asked him about it. He also said that he had sent her a PM about it. Was the thread re-opened? No. What happened to it? It was deleted!!!

Yet, when she continues to operate totally outside of NN's range of common practices all I get as a response is, "What do you want me to do about it?" How about your job? How about you make sure that the rules are applied consistently across Nightly? If you can't do that with the current CLs, perhaps they shouldn't be the CLs. You suggested that it might be time to replace Whoop in the Cantina because he wasn't around to close a 3 page long thread in violation of the TOS... How about the CL who is around who violates the letter and law of Nightly's common practices all the time?!?!

I know the response I'm going to get to this is that SWC doesn't belong to NN and thus JA has only limited control or descretion in this matter. However, this is Nightly.net. Not starwarschicks.net. If Silky isn't acting fairly, and you know full well she isn't nor has she been, then you should at the very least try to enforce common rules on everyone and if she isn't willing, and if you sent her a PM and she ignored it then she isn't willing to follow the rules, then perhaps an email to Miss Jedi requesting a replacement is in order. That's not for me to decide. But it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the unfair treatment going on at this message board JA.

If anyone tries to use the "there should have been someone to close that thread before it got out of hand, and that is why people got banned" excuse, I will slap the crap out of them. The matter of the thread being opened so long has nothing to do with the fact that people decided to break the TOS. Lame excuse.

Regarding SWC, ES edited his post before I saw it. I did in fact edit his next reply on that thread. Rather you believe it or not I am fair over there.
As for the RPG, I don't mind having it there as long as it is in one or two threads. I saw it take over Alliance and Empire. I actually don't have to have it on SWC and can move it to EU where several people said it probably belongs.

I have nothing against Walt and have chatted with him many times on IM. I was also one of the few defending him in the past.

You want fairness? Then what about you, RC and TR? The three of you have done nothing but harass, flame and troll me. You've posted personal information about, baited me and thrown digs my way. When that didn't work, you tried involving ES. I have stayed away from your nightly boards, I stay away from your ezboard and I even quit posting at SWC ezboard because of you. You have asked me to stay away from you, yet you come to Star Trek and bait me, and now you've come to SWC nightly. A place you have many times stated you don't care for and don't visit.
You and TR took part in a flame against me, you both posted some silly code at SWC. You even bragged about how none of it could be that big of a deal since JA made you a CL right afterwards. However you are harassing and you are trolling.
You want to throw stones my way, just remember it's a two way street. You are not as innocent as you'd have everyone believe.
