I admit that I called RC Little Gay Ray. It was an insult toawrds him and does not reflect my opinions towards gays in general. I have gay friends. And Hell I don't even know if RC is gay. But My attack on him came only after he had posted 20 or more posts making peronal jabs and attacks on me And Silky all over nightly. Was I wrong to lose it and say that? Yes. But if you were in the same situation would you not be at least tempted to attack back? I never claimed to be perfect. I lose my cool sometimes too. For that I apologize. But don't take my comments out of context and try to play RC as an innocent victim. If you are going to start trouble you better be ready for the consequences. I promise you if RC keeps his smart ass comments to himself I will not say a word to him. Thank you. JA/DP I know you are going to close this and I don't blame you. But I don't think I can just sit back and say nothing while people take pot shots at me and try to spin this into me picking on poor little RC. Cause that is bull**** and we all know it.

I edited that post before GK/RC or anybody else ever said anything to me. I realized I lost it after I posted it. They must have saw it while I was editing it. Also JA did tell me not to say that kind of thing again on here. So all you conspiracy theorist that Think Silky & I have the admins eating out of our hands have one less piece of evidence to to fuel your kooky paraniod ideas. GK and Justice William Quinn are posting this crap on here to stir up trouble and make me look bad. GK even posted his while I was banned for 48 hours over the swearing thread and he knew I could not reply. Talk about cheap shots.

Well duh! I had the same thing happening while I was on 48 hour probabtion, and I really had to tie my hands behind my back NOT to come on these boards with one of my aliases and defend myself!
So that's not a unique situation just foir you.

Anyways - I do deplore that an important subject matter was taken over by accusations about the shortcomings of one individual! For that matter it was good that JA closed Walt's thread about the prevelant homophobia on NN.

And if you learned to read you would see the point that using a term such as gay as a way to insult someone, whether they are gay or not, is offensive to the group to which that term naturally applies.

Nobody has suggested that you can't defend yourself. Furthermore, as I said 15 times in the other thread where I was allegedly singling you out (even though I posted specific comments about at least one other person) it wasn't about you but the problem in general.

If you want to fight back, then do it. By why do you have to bring gays into the equation? You claim not to have any problem with homosexuals, but then why do you consider "fighting back" to be to call someone gay? Your logic fails you here ES.

Again, we did everything possible to remove the message from the messenger. Because RC annoys you it's okay to attack him and degrade homosexuals? How does that work?

My problem was with what you said. It was the same problem JWQ brought up. For the last time, it's not just about you. Everything doesn't revolve around you. I raised an issue that needed raising to my thinking. It's not my fault you were banned at the time for violating other TOS. I'm supposed to wait for you to get back until I raise an issue that only laterally has anything to do with you so that you can cloud the issue and make it some big conspiracy to discredit you and Silky? Come on ES...

As for my use of the word gay in hurtful manner I apologize. But RC's comments to Silky are just as hurtful. What does it matter if it a comment hurts one person or a Million. It's still wrong. I admit that. But maybe you and RC should practice what you preach before you come on here to spin the crap you and he started with your comments.

As to what I said on that thread, none of it was calling you or Silky names. I was simply pointing out the reality that people who put themselves in the public eye, and put their personal lives in the public eye intentionally don't really have control over what the public does with that information. But I decided not to get into it with you... Just like I don't really want to be in this with you now, as my original post and the posts in JWQ's thread attested, my point was regarding the issue, not you. And as much as you want to make it about you, and it's clear that you do by this persecution complex you've got going, I won't let you.

I do think it's nice that you apologized for the use of the term. Now if we can simply get everyone else on NN not to employ similar tactics then the entire purpose of this discussion and JWQ's thread will have been met with satisfaction... but that's not yet the case.
