I thought N6 hung out with the girls st SWC and the Torch, I hardly see post anymore??
I'm sure they're great, sensible guys but I thought someone who didn't live in the Us would be a better choice and someone who at least posts there consistently.

Excellent Choices! As The Self Appointed Grand Poobah of the Cantina, I use the powers not so vested in me to endorse your selection as the new Co-Head Honchos of the Cantina! Besides, it gives us somebody new to mock and make fun of.

Funny. NumberSix becomes a mod and JA doesn't even bother to capitalize his name.

Thanks for the well wishes, all. Here's to hoping we don't suck at it!

So what stopped you before? Were we too little and beneath your notice? Hmm? HMMMM?

Just because I don't respond to every single thread doesn't mean I'm never there...

Well, I wouldn't expect the Cantina to turn into a Disneyland day camp overnight, but it would be nice to see people respect Chris Sherman's wishes a bit more.
But keep in mind, the board is PG-rated, not G-rated. You have some latitude.

Wait a minute! Shouldn't we discuss who's supposed to be the Good Cop and who's supposed to be the Bad Cop?
Personally, I wanna be Alec Baldwin in Glengarry Glen Ross. But that's just me.

Actually what's happening in the cantina is beyond normal and has nothing to do with paranormal

see if you were to talk about paranormal things you would include Urban legends, Spirituality, Cryptozoology e.g bigfoot and UFO's etc but the Cantina is not fully into that sort of discussion, they only have bits and peices say every few weeks and the people who are interested in the topic can of course disscuss it there but people would often change the subject to something else.

I think a paranormal forum is a great idea! Way better than your other idea, Bantha_Trash. I still think that one was a good idea too, though.

Well, Torch lives pretty far away from the other 49 states and we can only wish that Indiana were not in the US.

Although, I might not have replied as much as others in the past few weeks... but I'm online at Nightly for a great amount of time. I believe my lack of posting has some'ting to do wit de phases of de Moon.
Besides all that... I was picked 'cause I'm so lovable. I mean who couldn't love a over grown fan-boy that explodes into flame on command?!
I was quite serious in that last paragraph.
Really, who here doesn't love me? *darkside beckons*
I do believe yourself and N6 are more than worthy to moderate the cantina. Both of you have proved yourselves mature people and handle any backlash.
I just thought that a 24 hour watch at the cantina would be neccessary hence another member made CL from an opposite timeframe of the US.
Congrats anyway to you and N6.

Exactly!
Especially with quite a number of members from OUTSIDE the US (Australia, Europe), it would have been nice to have someone non-Yank being a CL as well!
