Hmm, well, I'd say a different language board, where many other languages could be spoken there, that would be fun to do, kind of like a thread in SWC "Let's speak in another language thread"

An R rated forum where you could post slash/het fanfic without the rigid restrictions present in the writers guild now.
Where you could cuss and ne naughty and get away with R-rated material without fearing the mod will eliminate your post/thread the next minute.
I dunnow how such a forum could be guarded against underage members, but a password and at least some email age verification could do the trick (I know, ppl will lie about their age, but at least you would have something in writing that said member said s/he was of legal age).
Other than that (and I know the above will not even be considered) - how about a NATURE forum where you could talk about gardening, how to groom your dog, pet care, flowers, breeding horses, building log cabins, lumber jacking (I soooo wanna add a certain word here:D), camping, hiking ect.?

I like the SciFi general board, myself. Where other than ST or SW can be discussed; be it movies, books, tv show, action figures, etc. I know you can do that in most of the other forums but it does get lost now and then in other threads.

This really isn't an idea for another forum but instead of banning good members who act up once in a while, how about creating a "Sin Bin" where there username is suspended for 24 hours, 48 hours, whatever, so people know who's acted up and when and maybe perhaps after a period of time, it'll act like a discipline stick for most. But three times and banned for good ya know?

Rotating board with a new 'theme' each month.
The thing about a collecting board is that people would want to collect stuff; maybe exchange figures, comic books, whatever. We'd have to be careful not to be seen as some kind of business getting people together to swap/sell.

Fantasy Forum - I have a logo and everything.
Though not the same as Darth Anakin sugguested...I definitly think that a fantasy forum would be a great idea. With everything such as discussion about races, classes, and worlds to actually having RPG threads that people could have adventures in. With as many people that enjoy things such as Lord of the Rings, Dragonlance, and just general fantasy. I would live on this board and would love to help out...

But in all seriousness, I think there might be a place for a fantasy forum. There are fantasy topics that fit into Books, TV, and Movie forums... but since those forum topics are so broad the threads don't really have the chance to thrive.
