On this site there are people openly sharing a copy of the AotC. Sharing stole property is considered stealing. If this site allows this "sharing" to continue, you could be sued by Lucas Films for conspiracy to distribute copywritten materials.
My advice is to close these threads and maybe even delete them.
By the way, it's also immoral.
Good Luck

Actually, I think it'd be neat to get a cease-and desist letter from the MPAA (who has the responsibility on these issues, not Lucasfilm).
As it is, there are currently no copies of AOTC being shared here. People have been reduced to telling people to look for it on Kazaa or other file-sharers. If the MPAA is going to prosecute everybody looking on file-sharers, they're going to have their work cut out for them.
Realistically, the people who can get in trouble on this are the people who initially made and distributed it (the "FTF" group in this case) and also the people who are selling and profiting from the bootleg.
I don't condone the distribution of bootlegs and I had considered cracking down on them a couple days ago, but the interest has already died down. After today, I don't think many people will care about a crappy, low-quality copy of AOTC when they can plop down a few bucks and get the full theater experience.
