Simply don’t harass members (myself included) and there will be no problems. I try to delete any post where someone calling names or starting a flame war. All I have to say if you don’t like that you are free not to post in that board. It’s pretty much that simple.

Okay then. If we're talking ideally, I prefer to be contacted through PM, AIM or e-mail. I like people to make it short and simple. I usually don't need long-winded explanations or rants. So in this case, a link to the thread and a calm explanation of what you felt was wrong. No more than a few sentences should have been needed.
To be more specific, it doesn't help at all to yell and scream. It makes it look like you're the problem. A person who's confident that they have a legitimate complaint doesn't need to resort to that. And when it's obvious that you're carrying a severe dislike for the person into your complaint, that also has an effect. It forces me to factor that in as well. How serious a problem is this really? How much is it being affected by their already established dislike of this person? As I've mentioned several times, your attitude makes a huge difference and yours is almost always very poor.
Again, this is not to say that Bryce is completely innocent here. It looks to me like the old problem of two people with opposite opinions, and neither person is content to move on until the other one gives in. Just comes down to stubborness. All it takes is to realize that futilely butting heads against each other is a waste of time and you're all better off by just moving on. I never saw the post in question, so I can't judge it. You may not have felt it was inflammatory, but I know that you have very liberal views on flaming.

It embarrassed me? LOL look at what you are doing right now to yourself. True you posted some facts which I admit to, but the way you posted them were not acceptable. If you can learn to makes posts without calling names and trying to degrade members with smart elicit remarks. Your posts wouldn’t be deleted. What is so hard to understand about that?

JMB why is that SOL's posts get deleted but you let Xboxwillrule's totally dumb fanboy treads practically making fun of all Gamecube fans and PS2 fans when he first joined. Ill also be the first to admit that me and Willrule had alot of heated arguments... i've called him ignorant before.. he's called me a baby or actually most GC gamers babies... Yet nothing was done on your part. I fail to see how SOL's doings was any different then Willrule's or even mine at times... yet we are unpunished... and so should SOL. From what I hear his reply was pretty tame, nothing bad to it... And what i make of the topic was that he was showing your ignorance on a couple of occasions.

Dude, you started the bashing in that thread. You've even continued it over here in the Feedback Foum. How long does it take a person that they can't expect to win a bashing contest with a Mod?? If you have a problem with him, stay away from him. It's that simple. Maybe we could get some sort of Nightly restraining order button so you can't see the other persons post...Your sounding alot more like EY with every post (and I'm not saying or inferring that you are him, just that you are starting to sound like him). Well, yes, they should be able to edit posts, for instance when someone posts something that are against Nightly's rules. Like an inappropriate image or something.
And... well... the mods shouldn't abuse their power, whether that is what Bryce did here or not.
