Myself and a number of members of an online international orginization would gladly pay the five dollars a month to keep the boards here going....we've got lots of time even more money and not enough strip clubs....
However we are also HUGE Star Trek fans, the Ferengi even being our favorite....the moderator has a disdain for them sadly. And often deletes our threads without warning or notice!!
Is this fair?!?!?!?
Should SHE NOT amswer to someone higher in command???
the following are exact quotes in her campaign and have found much untrue 1. I have belonged to a Star Trek club for the last five years.
2. Been on board of said club for 4 years.
this is probably the only truth so far however my guess SHE make sure there are NO Ferengi sympathizers in said club!
3. Watched Original Series when it was original. Before most of you were born. I barely remember Hmmm how can she call herself a fan by slighting others!!!
4. Own all the movies. Watch them all the time. [ She never mentions if they are on DVD or not!!
5. Have too many ST related things: action figures, micro machines, phasers, phasers, phasers, books, 2 tribbles, 12 inch dolls, cups and glasses, BEEN TO THE STAR TREK EXPEIRENCE OPEINING DAY ~ got Jeri Ryan's autograph on the ticket saying happy birthday to my son, lots of conventions, posters, t shirts, ect... I left out a lot. I know other have stuff, too. Not trying to compete. Hmmm she doesnt even have the Star Trek Barbie!!!!!
6. Cut out stand up of Riker in livingroom for the past 4 years (want qui to next to him) She cant even spell Q right!!!!!
7. Answering machine usually has something ST on it (less often now son has girls calling "moooom it's embrassing" has a son who thinks shes a geek!!! 8. Have uniform ~ next gen. Only one uniform?!?!?!
9. Son was Klingon for convention she didnt dress up?!?!?!?

p.s. I like everyone, too! as long as theyre NOT Ferengi!!!
