I'm so sick and tired of me being a mod always being brought up. That has nothing to do with this. I like your banners, everyone else likes them, and we know you put a lot of effort into them, but the bottom line is neither TR nor myself ever said nor implyed that the work we submitted would be used. You feeling threatened that we somehow have the power to overthrow your ideas for our own (which we can't anyway, just because I'm a mod doesn't mean I have any power over this, just because it was TR's idea doesn't mean he does either), is simply an incorrect and paranoid assumption. We were bored and had some fun and passed some time creating some ideas, and for that I refuse to apologize. I could give a rat's ass if they're actually used or not, lol.

Well the way i see it is that in the end we will most likely need at least 3-4 rotating banners. Afterall, it's a series with how many games in and thus how many characters and thus, how many whinges?
With only 4 on one banner there's no way people wont always be asking, 'why isn't "enter name" on the banner?' 'I don't like the banner cause 'enter name' isn't on the banner 'can we get a new banner with 'enter name' on it and so on and on.
So i figure, 4-5 characters per banner means you get at least the mains from VI-X-2 plus a few extras to keep people happy like Sephiroth, Auron and Quistis
Anyways, that's just my thoughts on what we should aim for when we actually atleast get the board and really start to make stuff for it and make it all pretty.

Well yeah, obviously the board comes first. lol.
And after all, it's just a banner people. It's not a life or death situation. lol. it could just say 'final fantasy' with no pictures for all I care. What I'll be going there for is the threads and the content, not the banner. And I'm sure after the initial look-see, everybody else will be doing the same. So whats on the banner is really inconsequential.

Me neither. I was just kind of offended that I'd be accused of using power as a mod (power that simply doesn't even exist anyway, lol, I'm just a simple member just like the rest of you who just happened to be asked if I'd keep an eye on the content of a particular forum, big deal, I have NO "power") to somehow get content of myself and my friends up at the board in place of someone else's.

i decided it was time for me and Solaris to have something good to look at for a while, then i'll go back to Rikku, share the eyecandy i say!
i was thinking Quistis in celebration of the board when it comes around though.
