We're already planning banners, and we haven't even bought mandard his PS2 and games yet! But see there is a problem with that plan. Mandard would be gone playing all the games for so long, that he would never even come to nightly, let alone make a new forum, maybe we should just give him one game or something, or shower him with various other gifts that take less time.

Hey what about Crazy Taxi there are what like 4 of the games now and a movie coming out next summer. Plus the game has a kicking soundtrack. So should it have its own board? I don’t think so.
Sure there is a thread in the Videogame board with some 800 posts, but Zelda had on a while back the reached 500 but had to be closes b/c PSX fans started getting into it with N64 fans. True that was a long time ago but nonetheless it showed that we have a lot of Zelda fans here at nightly.
What you said about the music, give me a break. Sure some people may really like the music but is that really a reason to have a board for FF? I really don’t think so.
I think since we won’t be seeing be seeing another FF movie, FF is once again just a videogame which is where it should stay…
Okay so tell me something JMB. If freaking Harry Potter can get a forum which is based on four titles (so far) and one film, why can't Final Fantasy get one? It has EIGHTEEN titles and one film, and I think that surely deserves a forum.

I couldn't argue against the excellent points that Tusken Raider made in his initial post.
But, even being a Final Fantasy fan, I wasn't sure if there would be enough interest to warrant a board for the series. However, seeing this thread and the arguments made, I'm now pretty convinced that there is.
