The problem I have with those banners is that they don't enough old school Final Fantasy in them. In fact, save the ones with FFVI, they don't have any at all.

Well, it's difficult to find decent looking images with those characters in them. I think the ones from vi, vii, viii, ix and X just make for a more attractive looking banner.

Actually you could probably get some of the images done by Amano, his art work's breathtaking and he's been doing it since about FFIV i think? I could be wrong. Otherwise if you use the CG Cutscenes that were done in the remakes make sure you get Celes and the one shot of Locke from behind, I love that image.
