What happened to "Jump to New Posts"?

Of course, I am on a different computer than usual, but I wouldn't think that would matter.

Maybe it's a local problem? Is that possible? You'd think the template would be universal dispite different computers or browsers. Hmmm, looks to be a freak bug then, when I think about huh?
