I want answeres... This is DerrDevil a poster on the videogames forums. I dont see how i get banned for arguing about the meaning of plagierism.. sure its off topic but arguments gets off topic all the time. The funny thing is that i did'nt even flame or anything yet 2 toehr people in the very same thread post directly towards me not even regarding the topic of the thread and call me a little b*tch and flame me.

It is simply b/c you constantly get off topic this wasn’t a one time deal like you try to make it sound. Sure you didn’t flame on that thread but like I and Mandard had told you, you were one your last thread.
Over the past couple of months you along with Xam have brought nothing but trouble to the videogame board and made it a hostile place. Many members have complained that due to your presence they don’t post as often. And to be honest I can see why.
We have at least 3 moderators who frequent the VG board quite often all of them agree that your actions and immature attitude has gone far enough.
The Administrators have been monitoring your posts for that past month or so and we have seen no improvements from you after several requests to change your attitude.
You had your warning and you blew it. Now move along…

Constantly get off topic? Please show me where. I get into ALOT and i mean ALOT of heated arguments but thats what these forums are for. Discussions and arguments. I dont see anywhere where arguments are argainst the rules.
Oh and DMC_CLK and Jason Solo(a moderator for some reason) called me a little b*tch out of the blue! THat was off topic and against the rules. I have layed of flaming for awhile now.
JMB you and me have had many heated arguments before... i have seen you give insults jsut as much as you take them. I have also seen you abuse your powers before too... its seems like every time you have arguments or disagreements with Nintendo fanboys you get all pissed off and use your mod powers to deal with them. Lets not forget the SOL incident. And how you closed a thread me and you BOTH were arguing about then blamed it on me... It takes 2 to argue JMB!
Oh and yes i admit i used to flame people.. as most people on the VG boards used to do.. you included. You never said anything about it.. i remember this place was like a no holds barred forum until Mandard came in and warned us.
I would like to request that my account be open for awhile i wont post but i need some info in my PM's for this argument. I wotn use my account but let me access my PM for one second.

This shouldn't be so complicated. Sure, we usually allow some leeway here. But the whole idea is that when you get warned, it means that you've been pushing it too far too often and now you're on a tighter leash. A warning means to knock off the crap. Period. I'm not interested in picking hairs over exactly what you felt was flaming or not. You don't like Xam, he doesn't like you, so you guys were going at each other. And that's exactly what I asked both of you NOT to do.
If you'd like to reconsider your behavior, I'll be glad to hear you out (e-mail: mandard@nightly.net), but at the very least, you'll have a time-out before you can have posting privileges back.
