Seriously. I mean, does anyone ever get banned here? You can go into the Feedback forum and not have a million threads calling for a rebellion against the mods or some big drama where the mods are abusing their power. *cough*the JC*cough* This has got to be one of the best boards I've ever been too. And that's saying a lot.

It's still the holiday season. We resume our regularly scheduled hourly bannings on Thursday.

Well, I'd like to think that a lack of bannings isn't the reason why nightly's so good, but the compliment is appreciated. And yes, we do have good mods.

It's easy for them to be popular because they never do anything. JA rarely even posts any more and Mandard never does anything in the name of "tolerance". But I think it is a lack of leadership. Nightly has needed new Admins for a long time. If they ever start doing their jobs they will make some enemies and they will have to face some heat for it. But the track record so far shows they are not willing to do it. This is not an attack. This is just my opinion. Everybody else states theirs around here. So I'm going to start sharing mine.

Well, you can always leave, you know. Nobody forces you to be here if you don't like the way the board is run.
I have to say, I've been to lots of boards and I was the admin of my own before. It is very hard work to be an admin, I hated it. And out of all the boards I've been to, I've never seen any as well run as Nightly because of all the pressures admins had.
I don't see why people log on to a board constantly if they are going to complain about it. Either be thankful you have this place to come to and post on, or go someplace else.
