If I were mandard...(i hope i never have his burdens), i would consider it. Carni was one of the greatest trolls ever, but he was not behind the recent attacks of stupidity in lando...and considering the fact that he has just went through military basic training, i think that he is now mature enough to handle himself, I mean come on. No. Unless you're specifically told it's a temp ban, banned names aren't unbanned. It's part of the punishment that you can't get your old name back.
