Just curious.

--------------------
You raise up your head
And you ask, "Is this where it is?"
And somebody points to you and says "It's his"
And you say, "What's mine?"
And somebody else says, "Well, what is?"
And you say, "Oh my God, am I here all alone?"

It sorta reminds me of how the teachers tried so hard to shield us from "bad language" in middle school. Of course they would try thier darndest to keep kids from cursing, but it didn't really matter 'cos they'd swear like sailors at break and recess.

I suppose that part of the reason is that Mandard, Six, or Ryn don't want underage kids coming in there and reading a post glorifying drug use. They'll think "Hey, this sounds cool. I wanna try this!" I can see the justification there. Just one pebble that will hopefully cause a tidal wave in the ocean of this drug drenched society.

So long, and thanks for all the fish.

So by that logic we wouldnt be able to talk about cigerettes and alcohol, as they also fall under the definition of a drug. Is there a difference in talking about legal and illegal drugs? Is one more favored than the other?

From The NumberSix Manifesto:
Pro-illegal-drug posts = "delete"-button skeets. Alcohol and tobacco, though, have traditionally been considered within limits. Call it Cantina Double Standard Number One if it makes you feel better. Or call it "Because the Admins said so" if it forestalls your complaints. I personally have no use for any of the above, so it's not as though I'm showing personal favoritism here.

If you're asking "Why can we support drugs in Lando but not in the Cantina?", don't look at me.
