Reconsider this one. I honestly don't think he realized what he was doing was out of bounds. He's recently been growing up in LANDO for Christ's sake. He just got carried away with the craziness of that place and didn't see the invisible barrier you're not supposed to cross.
I think if you sent him an email explaining exactly what he can and can't do, including in Lando, he would follow the rules. I may be dead wrong, but call it a hunch.
Hopefully, my post isn't necessary and you only gave him a 72hour ban. But just in case...

Oh please. You must be joking. Of course it's permanent. If it makes you feel better, he had already been warned and I had asked him to tone down the content of his posts, which he completely ignored.
But even if I hadn't previously warned him, it wouldn't have changed anything. It's not my job to babysit people through the basics of acceptable behavior. I'm not running a kindergarten here. Anybody who's not mature enough to realize that posting pictures of their genitals is inappropriate is somebody that I don't want here. I know some of you get off on people like him, but this isn't a freak show. And personally, I think it's sad that anyone could even think that this is too harsh. Anyone who thinks I'm being unfair needs to adjust their standards.

Walk down the hall. Third door on your right. In that universe, Lando is as peaceful (and often boring) as the Cantina. The Cantina is the freak show.

So can the guy make up an alias and come back or is anything coming from his IP address gonna be blocked?
I agree the guy should have been banned though. Showing your wang is prolly the worst thing you can do around here. It's just that he was so interesting that lando won't be the same for a while. Oh well, I'm sure that there will be another nutcase to stroll by here soon enough ... better enjoy the peace and quite while it lasts.
