Putting a link feature in with the avatar feature.
The Username supports a link to the member profile... so it'd be cool, if possible, to have a link on the avatar image. You know how the avatar selection window has the url input for the image address? Well it'd be cool if an additional input was there for a link address. Maybe that's a little user customization that Infopop could work on? It'd be kinda sweet to have your avatar also be a link to a favorite site, thread or homepage.

Goddamn! I came into feedback to post about that very possibility!
The avatar should definitely be clickable and link to the original url. A lot of the time people want to see a close-up of the picture to properly see it, so it would be much easier than going to properties.

Interesting idea, but I wouldn't get your hopes up. It's not really any different than a signature link, except it's not very intuitive. I don't think many people would think to click on an avatar to get randomly linked somewhere.
And just to clarify, we don't have any say in what Infopop does. Yeah, they take suggestions, but most features are driven by need and demand.

If you need to locate that, you can just right-click for properties and obtain the URL that way. Then, you may do some Net-Surfing, and use the URL to find more similar items.

I wasn't referring to the images url being clickable... My suggestion is that you could just have a hotlink on the image. What you then put for that link is your beef. Personally I'd put a favorite site link there.

Although I have seen many posts about the uniqueness and humor of an individual member's avatar, do you see any posted about links that people put in their signatures? I mean a few here and there, but they're not that important (even mine ). I doubt many people click on the existing links anyway.
Furthermore, some people (like me) find the avatars visually distracting and turn them off. I have nothing against avatars in general, but what I'm trying to say is, people probably don't notice avatars much if they concentrate on the content of the thread.
