I had it working all fine, but then the site with my piccy was taken down, and I tried to change it, and messed it up.

please can someone tell me what it is EXACTLY I have to type in my profile to get the image to shwo properly.

something like : IMG/www.insertwebsitehere.com/IMG or whatever it is I have to type.

You don't need any IMG tags or anything for your avatar. Just copy and paste the exact URL.

Looking at what you have, there's no reason it shouldn't be working, unless that's still the old image that got taken down.
