Ok now that Im on MY account here we go............
Can we or will we be able to place pictures (in the near future) in our signature? I know that now we can't now but it would be soo kick ass if we could, I have a costom built signature pic from _excousa_ a user from the overclocked remix forums
I would like to use this for my signature but since we are not alowed to have pics.....
It just a suggestion I know you have full athority here Manard and most likely will say no to this suggestion (not like you've never gotten this before) because you have your reasons but it would be cool

Not just the language, although that doesn't help. It's also the size. Imagine every person on the board having a similar image at the end of every post. I'm sure some people wouldn't mind, but it'd be a real eyesore for a lot of members.

Please, God, never again. I have cable and I still hate sig pics. It's not just the loading time--I hate having to scroll through someone's huge-ass sig pic after every one of their posts.

yeah, i remember a couple years ago in the cantina, someone (maybe crysta-novelli??) found a website with thousands of different pics of just people of all sorts, so everyone, (including me, i was slipknotica at the time) went there grabbed a pic that resembled us in some way, ( i found a pic that had a cartoony guy dressed up as a slipknot member) and we all posted it in our sig.
ah, memories. but yeah, i don't ever want pics in sigs again.

No matter how small images are, I still find them distracting when reading serious, long discussions with each user posting several paragraphs. JPEGs with similar hues (to the background) are not that bad, but animated GIFs are the worst.
I used to not think so, but now I'm so distracted by colorful images that I've even turned avatars off - I did this about a week after they were introduced.
