Yeah, I've taken off the videos. But past that, I think one other problem is I have some users that like to make armies of smilies on an offtopic thread we have, and I'm trying to get a way to limit the number of pictures per post.

Since the images are hosted on my server, wouldn't that also be a thing that would hog bandwidth, when people post 100 smilies?
