First who owns Nightly.net? Is it still CHRIS, Nightly as a whole, JA?

second. If JA would start smelting us for bringing up counting sheep? who would we goto. Is there a higher power? What if JA goes on a well deserved Vacation and Madard takes over the lightning bolts and goes nuts who would we contact?

3rd, The Admins are doing a great job. This is the best messageboard ever. can I be a Admin......Just kidding

Chris Sherman has left the building. He's no longer associated with us. Our domain name and hosting account are under JA's name. So yeah, technically he owns it. But ever since chris left in 1999, the board has been run with the members in mind and not under any one person's specific vision. We're mostly reactive, not proactive.

And even though JA's name is on the accounts, you can go to any of the Admins with your concerns.
