Obviously, I'm logged in to write this, yet the message I keep getting on top of my screen is the ol' reliable "you are not logged in. login or register." I can't modify profile or anything while officially "unlogged." Is this happening to others or is it my personal, inexplicable curse?

I'd say delete your cookies/temporary internet files?

That happened to me a while back.

The computer had some viruses at the time. Once the hard drive was cleaned of them, the problem went away. [Shrug]

Same. I always stayed logged in until I got this particular virus one day & then I logged out after every restart. After my virus removal this past September, I stay logged in.

If you're logged in, go to your profile and click "Delete All Cookies". You'll have to log back in at this point but it should clear up any login problems.
