Hey, this is Darth Simpson, I had to create this screen name to post this message, because none of you will respond to the e-mail is sent to administrator@nightly.net. Can one of you please read the e-mail, in it I go into more detail, but basically, here is the problem:
WHY have I "Darth Simpson" been banned?
Lets get one thing out of the way right now. I AM NOT "Double-07." The person who posts using the name "Double-07" is my 14 year old little brother. I believe that the reason you banned me, is because my younger brother has been acting like a moron these last couple weeks, and has been posting a lot of stupid pointless posts.
Did it ever occur to you, that maybe I simply have an annoying little brother, who just happened to register his account on the same computer? Or did you automatically say, "Hey look, they have the same IP address, so they MUST be the same person!"
This is obviously what you did Rock, and it is completely unfair. I don't even live in the same house as him anyone, I live at college!
The last time I was at my parents house, I warned him that he was going to get banned if he kept posting like he was. Big surprise, he didn't listen and he got banned. Which is fine, because he deserved to get banned.
However, I DID NOT!
I have been posting on this board for almost 4 years now! I have never, EVER posting anything that could get me banned. All of my posts have contributed to this community, while nearly all of Double-07's posts have been either negative comments, insults, or just random crap that wasn't needed.
Why should my screen name be taken away from me because of the actions of someone else. If any of you could enlighten me as to HOW this makes any sense at all, please let me know.
I would appreciate it if I could have my Darth Simpson account back, as I did nothing to justify my account being banned. Please respond as soon as possible.

When you post consecutively as Double-07 and then as Darth Simpson within minutes of each other from the same IP it doesn't seem like 2 people.
Plus really-- you do realize EVERY person we ban uses "little borther" excuse. It really is very common. I don't think we jumped to TOO great of a conclusions, especially since your email addresses are nearly identical.
Well, reprive won, and my apologies cause I also was behind your banning. I mean, I don't know that I believe you 100%, and you ARE kinda being cocky... but somewhere in all this there is a lesson. Whether it be learning to be a more thorough admin, or learning to control your idiot brother, or learning that IPs can get you busted... SOMEBODY here learned a lesson.... let's just not say WHO.

I know that you must here the "little brother" excuse a lot, but I swear it is the truth. The fact that our posts came within minutes of each other must simply be a coincidence.
Also, if I didn't live far away, it would be easier to keep him from posting stupid crap, but I can't really force him stop. I tried to explain to him that he was going to get banned, but I don't think he even realized what that meant.
Yesterday I called him and got mad at him for getting me banned, and he still didn't understand why he got banned. He tried to explain to me that he just wanted to have a high post count. I told him that posting annoying messages and insults wasn't the best way to do that!
So, anyway, I'm just glad that this situation is resolved, and I have my screen name back.
