InfoPop Corporation (the maker of the UBB software) is putting on a contest for their customers and the users of those customers' communities.
InfoPop will be redesigning their website soon and they want to feature pictures of actual UBB users. The community whose members submit the most pictures gets a $200 gift certificate to Amazon.com (which we would likely turn around and give back to the members). Also, one submitter will be chosen to receive their own $100 gift certificate.
About the Pictures
They would prefer headshots - pictures of faces - but any pictures that include your face are acceptable. The better the quality of the picture, the better chance that they will wind up using it. Feel free to send multiple pictures for consideration. You do not need to be a model or have any chance of winning a beauty contest.
They're looking for real people from real UBB communities!
To be considered they need all of the following information:
-- At least one digital picture (the higher quality the better) -- Person's Name: must provide real name, but tell them how you want your name displayed (full name, just first name, name displayed in the community, etc.) -- Community Name and URL (Nightly.net) -- Person's Role at the Community (owner, admin, moderator, member, etc.) -- Location of the person (city, state, country)
Contest ends April 20th. Certificates to be awarded by the end of the month. Get your pics and info in soon! Make sure if you send a picture that you include all necessary info in order to qualify.
