With the buzz getting started about Chronicles of Narnia (including some discussion of what books will be filmed on down the line) has any thought been given to a Narnia forum, or will it be left in the Movies forum?

It's been brought up and discussed before. The trailer thread doesn't really seem to be that big, and there's been other threads before, but they're buried. It'll probably have to stick to movies and the books forum.

Right now, I don't believe there's enough interest. But if the movie really takes off, we'd definitely give it serious consideration. I'm a Narnia fan myself so I'd like to see it work but it needs to draw a lot more attention before I'd be in favor of it.

Same here. I like Narnia, almost as much as I like turkish delight.

yeah, a Narnia forum definitely has a lot of potential, but it'd take some effort to cultivate a decent amount of interest and discussion. I'm up for it! count me in, I think it'd be neat.

I'd be down for a Narnia board. I'd also be open to the possibility of expanding the LOTR board to a Middle-Earth/Narnia board (though I imagine there are some who would be opposed to that).

No need to cram them together. If you create a Narnia board, let it stand alone...not go up against the forces of Mordor!

Narnia is a seven-book fantasy series by Christian author C.S. Lewis that's been around for several decades, but is best-known for its first book, The Lion, the Witch & the Wardrobe, an expensive live-action adaptation of which will be coming to theaters this December.

Yeah, yeah, we know, we know. Those forums will be dealt with in their own time, but we'd prefer to avoid the inevitable apple/orange/rutabaga comparisons in this particular thread, if we could. For now.
