Apparently it can violate some law but who cares?
We've got thousands of users here at Nightly. Some 20000+ of which many are active enough to participate. If every one of them gives the equivalent of merely one american dollar, then we draw a name at random from those that pitched in, that winner receives all the dough.
What do you think?

I meant, it would be cool if 20000+ people sent in 1 dollar. Then we would all have a 1 and 20000 chance of winning. But, in this case you would probably get under 20 people interested.

A Great Brittan Pound, on the other hand would work well for me, providing I get to put in only a Canadian Dollar.

That's up for the rulemakers to decide.
Okay, guys, thanks to Primbud's great suggestion, NEW RULE STARTING NOW: anyone who registers aliases has to send us five bucks a month per alias, or we delete all your aliases and change your Custom Title to "Darth Bane's Houseboy".
Now...what were we talking about? Oh, yeah, a boardwide chain-letter lottery. Um, no.

I don't do Internet gambling. Plus I already have two bucks to call my own. Thanks, though.
