I never knew lionel on his own found out about kal-el and krypton. Thats where I think he is still Jor-El. If he has and he is not Jor-el, his comments could mean he wouldnt want Lex to know.

There's no way he could know about Kal-El and Krypton unless he was controlled, right? If anyone can prove otherwise then please, feel free.

So, they broke up. I thought they had already broken up with his "I'll always be your friend" speech. Oh well, nice to see Brainiac (or Brainiacs, I guess) is back.

How come both Clark and Lex were able to hold entire conversations with their respective dead parents, yet Lana, who went through it more than once, only got to talk to hers a little? I guess Lex will be losing a hand to kryptonite in the future like his comic counterpart. I figured that's what the glove on his one hand was for. Clark really needs to get some new clothes, too. A red coat and blue shirt ensemble for the first half of the episode, and a blue coat/red shirt one for the last half. Does the guy even have any other clothes? I'm guessing the fact that the colors red, blue and yellow being very prominent in the background when Clark is talking to Lana at the end was no coincidence, either.

I was wondering the same thing but I think it comes down to screen time. You only have so much screen time and I don't think any of us wanted to spend two minutes watching Lana talk to two losers we've never seen before when they will have no impact on the future of the series. Lex and Clark's visions were directly tied into their destinies so we needed more.
This was a really good episode, a lot better than I was expecting when I realized it was a Flatliners ripoff. But it really moved the plot forward and, I think, amped things up for the rest of the season.

I know that JediCool does, and she comes on here to post reviews for 2-3 shows at a time (and said reviews are always excellent). But if it's just the three of us, it's all good. I like being part of a small, exclusive club.
Also, I think TiVo has ruined the water cooler talk cuz I just now watched the most recent episode on TiVo tonight and it wouldn't surprise me if other people wait a couple weeks to watch shows these days. There isn't so much pressure to watch a show when you don't have to worry about tapes filling up. LOL (and I don't watch enough TV to have to worry about the hard drive filling)

I watch the show! Every week!
I liked the latest episode and cant wait for the finale. I also want to see what happens when Clark confronts Lionel.

I thought the same thing when I saw her.

Yeah, I'm still watching, too, despite the fact its becoming utterly ridiculous a lot of the time. We just missed a few episodes and just got the recordings last night. I'm really glad that Braniac is back.
