I just realized I've never started a thread in any of our previous downtime forums, so I figured, why not mark the occasion with something unapologetically useless and bandwagonesque?
Remember, kids, anything you can do, I can do worse.
So.. Who wants jerky?

Great. My booth is surrounded by non-customers. Why don't I just have my going-out-of-business sale now?

How does watching the movie count as reading all of the books?
(says she who has read 60-some of the books, 6 or so super specials, about the same number of mysteries and 8 or so of the "Little Sister" series... I was like, eight, shut up)

Well my colon always stays where it is supposed to, it's not moving around so it can't stick to anything. Jerky on the other hand is on a path downwards and out. Well unless you don't feel good then it can be on a path upwards and out... although I bet barfing jerky would feel real bad... anyway, the point is that the jerky is moving and the colon is not. Therefore jerky sticks and a colon does not.
Beef Jerky is always a treat - particularly when it's home-made. Most of the store stuff just isn't that good.
I've had jerky made ostrich - that was pretty interesting. I wouldn't mind having it again. Jerky made of alligator is also very interesting, too bad I haven't seen any in a long time. Bison jerky is really great - bison meat in general has a wonderful taste all on it's own, and it makes for some fine eating jerky. While I've not made turkey jerky {or had any home/hand-made}, I've tried out Oberto's rendition - very nice, it has a mild flavor but still plenty tasty.
And you ask if I want jerky? Indubitably, then answer is yes!
